A parking lot near the courthouse is open to the public. No public transportation serves the courthouse, which sits on Route 28 near the Route 25 interchange.

The Wareham District Court sits at the gateway to Cape Cod, where Route 25 and Route 28 funnel summer traffic toward the bridges, and its docket swells seasonally with the OUI and disorderly cases the corridor produces.
