Gloucester District Court

The Gloucester District Court serves Cape Ann, a small, self-contained coastal catchment whose summer population swells the docket with seasonal cases. The Essex County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes here, and Attorney Joe Serpa prepares each case, resident or visitor, as a matter to be ended at the earliest stage.
