Free public parking is available at the courthouse. The MetroWest Regional Transit Authority Route 14 bus stops at a Shaw’s about a quarter mile from the courthouse, which sits near I-495 and Route 16.

The Milford District Court sits at the junction of Worcester, Norfolk, and Middlesex Counties, along the I-495 corridor, and its docket reflects a working, diverse population for whom motor vehicle and immigration-sensitive charges are common. The Worcester County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes here, and for a non-citizen or a licensed worker the license and immigration consequences of a charge often outlast the sentence. Unlicensed operation and operating after suspension matters fill the clerk sessions, and for the non-citizen defendants among them the immigration analysis comes before anything else.
