Free ten hour public parking is available on Ginty Boulevard. Haverhill station on the MBTA Haverhill commuter rail line is about a mile away, and the Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority runs local bus service. The courthouse sits near I-495 and Route 110.

The Haverhill District Court serves the Merrimack Valley city of Haverhill and its surrounding towns, along the New Hampshire border.
